Eggs are one of the most versatile ingredients out there so mixing it with meat is an obvious choice. Adding the water to the egg makes it silky and oh so soft. There's something warm and comforting about this dish, feels like a perfect addition to a wintery meal. Cook it in a steamer or a pot with a steaming rack. The special grabbing claw makes transferring the dish SO much simpler (once you figure it out) than the oven mitt-tongs combo that we usually use at home...
