The pronunciation of this one was a bit tricky for me but I interpreted the phonetic pronunciation to be: "yue wat yeurng doufu pok". "Doufu" is tofu, "yue wat" is fish paste, "yeurng" is stuffed, and "pok" is the type of tofu which is deep fried and hollow inside. It's a fun one to say and my grandma and I had an entertaining video call of her trying to teach me the pronunciation.
With each new recipe, I'm amazed at how many types of bean curd/tofu there are. This one is like a fluffier version of inari, the Japanese tofu sushi pockets.
