These glass noodles are also called vermicelli and are often used in Singapore-style noodles. Like thin threads, they are fun to eat and you can eat A LOT. As with most of the recipes I post, add whatever ingredients you like or have at home. By using dried shrimps, the dish is packed with a seafood-y flavour in a really short time.
My grandma threw these together while we were making other food at her place just for fun. Never forget to snack while you cook!
