About the Recipe

The softest, most comforting, warm dish made from only 2 main ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs

  • 150 g minced pork

  • Maggi sauce

  • Green onions

  • Oil (any)

Steps

1. Heat up steamer and oil a shallow heat-proof dish (we use stainless steel). Mix ground pork with desired amount of Maggi sauce (a couple teaspoons should be good), salt, and pepper in dish.

2. Add 4 eggs and beat.

3. Steam for 15 - 20 min, until egg is fully cooked.

4. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
