About the Recipe
3 main ingredients comprise this easy, flavourful meat dish that is best served with rice! You can really mix any veggies with the pork and top it with any protein/flavours you like, the possibilities are endless...
Ingredients
500 - 600 g Minced pork
Any vegetables (cabbage, bok choi, onions...etc.) chopped
Pinch of sugar
Tsp corn starch
Salted fish to taste (refer to pictures below)
Oil
Steps
1. Heat steamer. Oil shallow dish, mix vegetables with pork in dish.
2. Add sugar and cornstarch, mix. Then add a bit of water (1 - 2 tbsp) to make the meat softer.
3. Top with fish to your taste and size.
4. Steam for 15 - 20 min until pork is cooked. Enjoy!
