About the Recipe

3 main ingredients comprise this easy, flavourful meat dish that is best served with rice! You can really mix any veggies with the pork and top it with any protein/flavours you like, the possibilities are endless...

Ingredients

  • 500 - 600 g Minced pork

  • Any vegetables (cabbage, bok choi, onions...etc.) chopped

  • Pinch of sugar

  • Tsp corn starch

  • Salted fish to taste (refer to pictures below)

  • Oil

Steps

1. Heat steamer. Oil shallow dish, mix vegetables with pork in dish.

2. Add sugar and cornstarch, mix. Then add a bit of water (1 - 2 tbsp) to make the meat softer.

3. Top with fish to your taste and size.

4. Steam for 15 - 20 min until pork is cooked. Enjoy!
