About the Recipe
Use glass noodles or vermicelli, stir-fry together with your favourite tasty ingredients, then eat heaps of it because they're so light and delicious!
Ingredients
500 grams Vermicelli noodles
3/4 cup Dried shrimps
3/4 cup each chopped veggies of your choice - celery/onions/bean sprouts etc.
1-2 Eggs (your preference)
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
Steps
1. Soak dried vermicelli and dried shrimps separately for 10 minutes until soft.
2. Chop shrimp and any veggies you want to add into small pieces. Beat egg.
3. Fry shrimp on med-high heat in 1 tbsp oil for 2-3 min then add 1/4 cup of water, cover to cook for 5 min.
4. Add veggies, noodles, oyster sauce, fish sauce, 1/4 cup water and fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour beaten egg on noodles, let cook for 1-2 minutes then mix. Done!
